What is PTC Site? Set the facts right

 PTC - Understanding What It Is

PTC stands for Paid To Click. This is an online business model in which the website acts as a facilitator between advertisers that wants to get organize traffic to their websites via ads, and end users that want to earn by checking and viewing the ads.

Common Characteristics and Features of most PTC Sites

1. PTC sites offer free registration to users but with the rule of 1 IP Address = 1 registered user only. For this reason, a household of several people using the same internet connection can only register one PTC account overall for the site.

2. Each ads should be viewed at a certain amount of seconds. Ads that requires longer time for users to view typically pay more.

3. Price for each viewed ads varies from site to site, with the most common being 0.001 for short exposure site and 0.01 for a 30 second exposure.

4. Almost all sites offer comission from getting referrals. Users will get a certain percentag of the earnings of his referral as long as he also clicked the minimum number of ads for the day. For example, if User A has 5 referrals, User A should also click 4 ads daily to get whatever comission he should get from his 5 referrals.

5. Referrals can be Direct or Rented. Direct referrals are referrals taht signed up directly using the main user's referral link. Any earnings made by the new referral will benefit the user who owns  the referral link that he signed up with permanently.
Rented referrals on the other hands, are paid referrals. A user will pay a certain amount of money to the PTC site, and he will then be given a specific numbers of referrals  that will usually last for 30 days. During those 30 days, any earnings by the referrals will benefit the main user. This will theoretically increase the user's earnings threefold but comes with a risk. First, rumor is that PTC sites actually provides 'bots' for rented referrals. They may not be actual people that click ads, but scripted bots that click ads at the discretion of the PTC site itself. Second, if the rented referrals are indeed real people, there's no guarantee that they will click ads for you on a daily basis.

Warnings For Using PTC Sites

1. Beware of scams. There are many PTC sites that offers high pays for ads, but will require you to purchase upgraded membership first. Ads don't pay more than 0.02 at most per view. Anything higher than that should be viewed with suspicions.

2.Try to maintain your IP address. If you are using a dynamic IP connection, and another person registers on the site using the IP that you used, you might get banned.

Clixsense is an online platform that offers targeted advertising. It allows advertisers to place ads, which is then viewed by customers. To explain things better, I'll be discussing the two face of Clixsense and how you can earn with it.

1. Clixsense Advertisers

Advertisers can purchase the service of Clixsense to promote and drive targeted traffic to their advertisements. Price per view varies from 5 to 100 USD depending on the number of views of course. Generally speaking, ads can be viewed by a user using a certain IP address once every day.

2. Clixsense End Users/ Customers

This segment makes up the bulk manpower of Clixsense including me and my team. Clixsense users are the ones who view tha ads set up by the advertisers. Viewing the ads usually pays 0.001 to 0.01 ,with around 5- 10 ads available daily for regular member and each must be viewed for 30 seconds. Ads value and number increases if you decided to purchase a higher level of membership. It comes with a somewhat steep price but is theoretically profitable if you click and view all the available ads daily, and that you have a lot of referrals.

One thing that set Clixsense different from other PTC sites is that it doesnt have an option for renting referrals. For this reason, getting organic and active referrals is the main goal any serious Clixsense user must consider and plan well.

The money you get from viewing the ads can be withdraw after meeting the lowest payout, or used to buy credits so you could promote your own websites as well, thus becoming an advertiser in the long run.
